Run for Stolen Lives
Donation protected
In the wake of the ongoing police brutality that plagues our country, I will be running a half marathon on June 14, 2020 to raise awareness for individuals who have unjustly lost their lives to such horrific acts of white supremacy.
This fundraiser will directly support the families of people killed by the police. Through the organization Communities United Against Police Brutality, 100% of donations will be sent to the Stolen Lives Justice Fund, which pays for court filing fees, independent autopsies and investigations, and other needs of these families.
Additionally, I would like to encourage anyone who is willing and able to run (walk, bike, hike, swim, etc.) any distance wherever you are on Sunday, June 14th, in support of this cause. Whether you can participate physically, sharing this page in effort to increase awareness and funds is greatly appreciated. Donating money is the least we can do to fight for racial justice.
