Hi folks,I'm endeavouring to raise a few quid to help my work colleagues Roy,who has had his life turned upside down in recent times with illness at a very young age.He has a wife and young family and due to the illness is unable to work.The money would go a long way towards his on going medical expenses and more importantly it would send a message of hope and positivity, that there is light at the end of the tunnel.Im running a marathon on Sunday morning the 18th in the hope you can spare a fiver towards this worthy cause.
