Hi, my name is Kara Dillon, and I am a Year 13 student at St Louis Grammar school. In February 2026 I will be travelling to Transylvania with my classmates as part of a charity and aid trip with Friends for Romania. This is a long-running school charity that works to support disadvantaged communities in Romania. During our time there, we will be visiting children's homes, disabled centres and schools providing practical support, helping with daily activities, engaging with the young people and delivering essential supplies such as food, toiletries, clothing, and toys. The money I raise will go directly towards purchasing aid from local wholesale outlets, which will then be distributed to these communities. Every penny raised will help make a real difference, and your support would mean so much to me and the people we are helping in Romania.
