Help Bring My Husband Home: Support for Francisco & Family

Hola a todos, el día 11 de julio 2025 detuvieron a mi esposo Francisco en el retén de Nogales a Tucson, tomaron sus huellas y lo llevaron a la línea fronteriza en Nogales AZ diciéndole que al día siguiente lo regresarían a Tucson con nosotros sin problema. Horas después me marcó un agente de border patrol diciéndome que mi esposo no tenía estatus y que por ese motivo lo van a detener. Dijo que lo mandarían a Eloy AZ a un centro de detención ahí por no tener estatus en el sistema. Mi esposo entró a Estados Unidos legalmente y su estadía también es legal. Tenemos que juntar dinero para un abogado y fianza, si es que le dan la opción de fianza. Mi esposo y yo tenemos dos hijos, una niña de 3 años y otro niño de casi 2 años. Yo solo trabajo tiempo medio ahorita y no es suficiente para que junte dinero para abogado, fianza y también encargarme de los gastos del hogar que por supuesto no esperan. Mi esposo no es un criminal, no tiene antecedentes de nada malo. Es un buen padre, buen esposo, buen hijo y buen hermano que solo busca salir adelante como muchos. Pido ayuda con este gofundme porque se que nos espera un largo proceso y más que nada costoso. Gracias

Hi everyone, on July 11th 2025 my husband Francisco was detained at the checkpoint coming from Nogales AZ to Tucson AZ. They got his fingerprints and they took him to the Nogales AZ station telling him that they would bring him to Tucson the next morning without a problem. A couple hours later, I got a call from a border patrol officer in which he told me that my husband was going to be detained due to not having "status". He said my husband was going to be sent to a detention center in Eloy AZ due to him not having "status". My husband entered the United States legally and his stay here is legal. I have to raise money to be able to pay for a lawyer and a bond, if he is offered one. We have two small children ages 3 and almost 2. Im only working part time right now which is not enough for me to cover a lawyer, a bond and our home expenses. My husband is not a criminal. He is a good dad, a good husband, a good son and good brother who is only looking to have a better life like most of us. I ask for help with this gofundme because I know this process will be long and very expensive. Thank you
