Hello, my name is Jenn and I am the president of the Nova Scotia Underwater Council in Nova Scotia, Canada.

The NSUC is a volunteer, non-profit organization committed to promoting and cultivating Nova Scotian diving. Formed in 1971 the NSUC was created by representatives of the Nova Scotia dive community to preserve, support and promote diving and diver education in the province.

Our NSUC core tasks are:

Diver education

Provide a forum to discuss and address dive related issues

Capitalize on opportunities to enhance NS diving

Promote NS as a dive destination

Foster and promote marine awareness

Marine environmental advocacy

Our committee vision:

Is to provide an enriched Nova Scotia diving experience for all skill levels and a forum for continued education in dive related subjects.

To provide a forum through which the dive community can come together for the betterment of the sport, the individual and the future of diving in Nova Scotia.

The funds raised will be used for community education, meeting spaces, and implementing resources for the dive community.
