Skyler lost his mother, Kimberly, very unexpectedly on December 14th to a ferocious and quick-bought with cancer. Skyler learned his mother was terminally ill less than a month ago. He made last-minute travel arrangements to visit her in Costa Rica and was able to spend her final days with her. Sadly, Kimberly lost her battle with cancer in Costa Rica the day after he left. In the next few weeks, Skyler will be taking another trip to Costa Rica to finalize some affairs. Losing a parent is devastating. On top of grieving the loss of someone special, there are a lot of things that have to be sorted out, add in the international component and things are even more challenging. This is where we can all help!

Skyler is a strong, kindhearted, humble, and private human. With the unexpected travel expenses of his last visit to see her, the holidays, an upcoming wedding, AND all the other things that come along with being a parent to two young children, Skyler has reluctantly, yet gratefully accepted help via this GoFundMe campaign.
