Hi, my name is Jamie and this year in July I will be taking on the Race to the Stones 100km Ultra Marathon in aid of Little Seeds Arch Club. Little Seeds is a pillar of the Autism Community here in D15, here is some more details on the club:

"Little Seeds Arch Club is a Club for Autistic children & teens in Dublin 15 with 70 members now attending each week.

We practice Life Skills, Living Skills, Social Skills & Mental Health and Wellbeing.

Activities include cookery, basketball, learning to shop, gross & fine motor skills, stranger danger, drug awareness, learning to cycle a bike, yoga & wellbeing and so on.

We have launched Little Seeds Autism Therapy Services offering subsidised Therapies to our members, they include Music Therapy, Play Therapy, Sibling Workshop, Fine Motor Skills, Yoga & Mindfulness, Art & Wellbeing

We offer a safe & fun environment for our members, helping them to reach their full potential."
