Rt 1 & Knox Starbucks Solidarity Fund

When Rt 1 & Knox workers voted unanimously to form a union in December 2024, we were confident that a contract was just around the corner. Nearly six months later, with increasingly damaging Unfair Labor Practices, hour cuts, and illegal unilateral policy changes, we are prepared to take action when necessary for the contract fight.

This solidarity fund goes to the following:

1. To support workers with supplementary funds in the event of an unfair labor practice or unsafe working conditions strike

2. To provide mutual aid to partners in need of emergency assistance

3. To support local labor organizations and community groups, pending a full shop vote

4. Support for partners who may have lost hours outside of their control, such as in adverse weather events, store closure, or hour cuts
