Help Support Chris Pearson’s Recovery After Devastating House Fire
If you know Chris, you know he’s a hard worker, a dedicated friend, and a proud, self-proclaimed "Super Ice Man". He’s the kind of person who shows up early, gives 110%, and always brings a smile to those around him.
On Wednesday, August 27th, Chris’s life changed suddenly when a fire broke out in his kitchen and quickly spread. Thanks to the heroic response of over 30 firefighters, Chris was rescued — but suffered serious injuries including severe burns, smoke inhalation, and damage to his eyes. He spent three days in the hospital and now requires ongoing in-home care and doctors' visits. Sadly, his home is currently unlivable, and he’s been forced to stay in a hotel while the extent of the damage is still being assessed.
We’ve launched this GoFundMe to help ease the financial burden of:
- Ongoing medical care and treatment
- Temporary housing and meals
- Replacing belongings lost in the fire
- Helping Chris get back on his feet during this incredibly difficult time
