<div>If you know Chris, you know he’s a <strong>hard worker</strong>, a <strong>dedicated friend</strong>, and a <strong>proud, self-proclaimed</strong> "<strong>Super Ice Man</strong>". He’s the kind of person who shows up early, gives 110%, and always brings a smile to those around him.

<div>On <strong>Wednesday, August 27th</strong>, Chris’s life changed suddenly when a fire broke out in his kitchen and quickly spread. Thanks to the heroic response of over <strong>30 firefighters</strong>, Chris was rescued — but suffered serious injuries including <strong>severe burns, smoke inhalation, and damage to his eyes</strong>. He spent <strong>three days in the hospital</strong> and now requires ongoing <strong>in-home care and doctors' visits</strong>. Sadly, his home is currently unlivable, and he’s been forced to stay in a hotel while the extent of the damage is still being assessed.
