We’re raising funds to support R&R Positive Change Coaching in delivering free and low-cost health and well-being activities across Torfaen. Every donation goes directly towards running uplifting workshops, confidence-boosting sessions, and community events designed to support mental health, boost self-belief, and spread positivity. With your help, we can reach more people, create safe and supportive spaces, and make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most. Thank you for being part of the positive change!

To help us keep our activities accessible to everyone in the community, we’re introducing a Trusted Ticket Pass. You can contribute as much or as little as you’re able to, but we gently suggest a donation of £10 per person if you can. Every penny helps us deliver more free and low-cost well-being sessions in Torfaen, supporting those who need it most.
