Carissa and Joey are these AMAZING and positive  people! They have willingly protected our rights as Americans, CURRENTLY serving for the United States Army! Married on Valentines Day 2011, their dream was to fill their home with a "ton of little munchkins!"
Sadly, the two of them have been trying for 3 years to conceive a child. After years of trying and expensive protocol testing-they recieved devastating news that they will only be able to conceive through IVF. This is heart breaking,as it is so expensive.  
On a positive note-they are both PRIME candidates for IVF!!! ❤️✨
If you know either of them, you would have to agree that there aren't two BETTER people to be parents than Carissa and Joey!!!! Carissa was born and raised here in Roseville and has helped me to raise my own children , and has been deployed three times in 120 degree weather!  Originally they planned to have at least 4 kiddos but just ONE would be the biggest blessing for their crushed  yet hopeful hearts!

 Carissa and Joey absolutely LOVE children...whether it's one of their many nieces or nephews, a friends or a random stranger- they were meant for parenthood!  Let's all band together to thank them both for who they are and what they have contributed to our beautiful and free country!    PLEASE let's all pull together and make this happen for them right NOW! They have waited long enough!!!! ❤️
