This year, we’re taking on a challenge that’s equal parts ridiculous, ambitious, and deeply meaningful.
We’re joining the Two Ball Rally, an epic road trip that will see us travel from Leeds to Romania in a car that cost £450 and that probably shouldn't leave West Yorkshire! To make things even better (or worse), we’ll be modifying the car and have some hilarious (police themed) additions in mind; because if you’re going to drive thousands of miles across Europe on a budget, you might as well do it with a sense of humour.
But behind the laughs, costumes, and questionable automotive decisions is a very serious cause.
We’re fundraising for the Blue Lamp Foundation, a charity that supports members of the police family who have been injured, become ill, or are facing hardship.
As serving Special Constables, we volunteer our time alongside our day jobs. We’ve seen first-hand the pressures policing can bring — and this is our way of giving something back.
So this rally isn’t just a road trip. It’s not just a silly car and a long drive. It’s our way of raising awareness, starting conversations, and raising vital funds for the people who spend their lives looking after everyone else.
Every mile we drive, every breakdown we survive, and every laugh we have along the way is for the Blue Lamp Foundation — and for the emergency service workers who never stop showing up.
Thank you for supporting us, cheering us on, and helping turn an £450 car and a wild idea into something that truly matters.
There will be breakdowns.
There will be border crossings.
There will probably be questionable mechanical decisions.
But every mile is for a cause that truly matters.
We’ll be sharing updates, prep work, sponsor shout-outs and (inevitably) roadside dramas right here.
If you’d like to support us, donate, sponsor the car, or simply follow the journey — stick with us.
Three cops. One car. One mission.

A portion of the funds raised will go towards purchasing and preparing the vehicle for the journey (including necessary modifications and safety improvements), with the remaining proceeds being donated directly to the cause we’re supporting.
