Roy Spiker's Fight for Justice and Freedom

In Cave City, Kentucky, a man named Roy Eugene Spiker, age 76, was arrested after an incident involving a skid steer. The incident, which police say stemmed from a civil dispute, occurred at Treasure Trove Park. Spiker is accused of using the skid steer to flip vehicles and damage property, with an estimated damage of $750,000. He was charged with three counts of criminal mischief and eight counts of wanton endangerment and is being held at the Barren County Detention Center on a $200,000 bond. No injuries were reported.

Tuck aka Michael Barrick, “Kentuckyana Jones” and his accomplices attacked and threatened Roy Spiker’s Life! They chased him down and Angel Jones, Tucks side piece, slashed Roy Spiker’s tires. Michael Barrick’s wife, or fake wife, Brittany (Logsdon) Barrick threw boards and nails all over the parking lot trying to cause damage to Roy’s vehicles. Michael Barrick and his crime family, which includes Tracy Hill and her lap dog husband Stuart Hill stole over $1.5 million dollars from Roy Spiker. Then they have Tuck’s hand written notes, claiming they paid Roy back, which they did not. They forget to tell you that Tuck wrote checks to Roy then cashed them himself. They stole Roy’s life savings. All the money he had saved all his life is gone. He has nothing to leave to his family much less live a peaceful life. Roy was only trying to peacefully take back his property that Roy paid for, but he was threatened and was scared for his life. The guy that shot at Roy was already ready with a loaded high powered rifle with a scope. Already loaded, was this premeditated? This man doesn’t even live there and is squatting on the property that big shot Tuck doesn’t even own. The only thing Roy did wrong was believing in all of Michael Barrick lies. The day before this all went down Bobby Minor was threatening Roy and Roy’s family with a gun. So Roy was already worried about being there to collect his things that he paid for. Roy even went to Cave City police to ask for a police assist. There are many more victims that Michael Barrick has stolen from and taken their life savings which includes approximately $13,000,000.00 MILLION Dollars from a man in Singapore. Michael Barrick was using Roy’s name on documents to make Roy the fall guy.Roy just found all this out about two weeks ago. He confronted Michael Barrick which Barrick tries to deny. Roy was never paid back one dime. It all went in Tuck, his x wife Patricia Barrick or Tracy Hill’s pocket.
