As you're probably aware, our beloved Chloe suffered a pretty bad wrist fracture doing one of the things she loves most, heavy cleans. As a hairdresser, that's been pretty disastrous for her.

Despite her having business insurance and the insurer initially indicating that they would cover her for loss of earnings, as she's has been unable to work at all for 4 months, they have since decided not to cover it. This has put Chloe is a really difficult situation financially.

Breaking a wrist and being unable to do the thing you love most is hard enough to contend with from a mental perspective, without having the ongoing worry of how you're going to pay your bills.

So, this year we have decided that Chloe will be the beneficiary of our 24hr row event. We feel that this is exactly the kind of thing our community is here for.
