Round 4: Supporting Cocina Economica and APACA

Let's do it again!!

In a few short weeks, I will be returning to Santiago de Compostela for Round 4—but this time, I'll have a new walking partner! Jeffrey is joining me on the Camino, making this pilgrimage a very special one indeed!

With each Camino, I have set up a GoFundMe to support the incredible team at Cocina Económica—a food kitchen in Santiago that serves hundreds of meals every day to those in need, no questions asked. We’ve also stood behind APACA, a dedicated nonprofit that cares for stray animals along the Camino. This year, they’re working toward an exciting goal: purchasing land near Arzúa along the Camino Francés to build a much-needed animal shelter.

With Jeffrey as my walking buddy, let's pass that spirit of gratitude forward and support these two incredible missions together. We would love to fill the shelves at the Cocina de Economica in Santiago de Compostela and help APACA build their animal shelter!
