Its time for ROUND 2!
Back in 2016 Ben and Amy went through IVF and had 4 successful embryos. 2 of these embryos are with us today, August and Finn! It's time for Ben and Amy to go back to Saint Louis with Dr. Sherman Silber and implant the last 2 embryos they have waiting for them. Due to Covid-19 Ben lost his job in April, but the good news is, we get to be apart of their journey through prayer and finances!
They have a Goal of 10,000 Dollars by October 1st. This will pay for the entire procedure, all of Amy’s medications, hospital visits, and hotel stays while in the St. Louis area for her procedure. Around $3,000 of this goal is due 4 weeks before their transfer date of October 22nd!
This goal will also cover the thousands of dollars of medication she will need to take after her procedure to help these babies continue to stick and to flourish.
Join us in prayer that these last two embryos would not only make it through the thaw process but that they would also thrive once they are inside Amy’s womb.
This is the last IVF cycle they will be doing and do not plan to go back again and make more embryos. It’s All our nothing! So they are braving the waters and going for that double trouble (portion) again! :)

We want to first say how grateful we are once again, for everyone who helped make our biggest hearts desire become a reality on 2.22.17. We got to become parents to the two most amazing, beautifully wild, and sweet boys we’ve ever known. Our lives, our hearts, and our sleep cycles were changed forever by all of you. :) We have never forgotten the generosity and prayers that poured out of all of you for us during that time. So THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. You didn’t just give us money, you gave us the gift of becoming a mother and a father. Every dollar sent in, every prayer sent up, played a divine purpose in opening the doors of us becoming a family. Now it’s a door that we get to walk through everyday. We are so blessed!
The boys are now 3 1/2 years old. They are the best of friends and have a bond like we’ve never seen before.
August is our wild guy. He is as strong as a bear and wants someone to be snuggled up to him at every moment. He also gave momma a black eye recently while trying to snuggle and kiss me. Haha! All in the name of Love.
Finn is my constant mouth moving child. Ha! If you walked into my house you would hear him singing, humming, talking, screaming, or creating a film score to literally ANYTHING happening around him. Whether he’s pretending with a toy, or watching his brother go to the bathroom. He can create a song that “goes” with it. It’s a talent! Haha!
I thought that I was a pretty patient person while waiting 7 years for these boys. But it wasn’t until becoming a parent that my patience was truly put to the test. They have been the iron that has sharpened me, and have revealed all the stuff that still needs to be refined. I wanted babies. But God wanted more. He has had a plan for them before I ever knew about them or had the desire to have twins. Now here they are, already being used by the Lord to do His work.
We love these boys with our whole hearts, and we can’t wait to see them step into their next role of BIG BROTHERS! We are praying and believing that both babies will work and we will have once again another set of twins to bring home. A double double portion is what we are asking for. All the prayers that you guys prayed over these embryos back in 2016 are still active and heard. Two of them got to come home with us, but the other two have been “chilling” waiting for a safe place to come home too.
