Hi, my name is Jason, and myself and my wife Abi are walking the Rotary Across Wales Walk on the 21st of June from Machynlleth to Montgomery. We will follow the Glyndwr's Way National Trail, through country lanes and the Montgomery Canal, passing through characterful communities and the settlements of Staylittle, Trefeglwys, Caress, Newtown, and Abermule. This totals a 46 mile walk, of which 2 of our children will join us for the last 17 miles.
Since 2007, Hope Centre Ministries has helped support men and women who have battled with drugs, alcohol and other life-controlling issues. To date, more than 2,000 people have successfully graduated from our centres and are now continuing to live fruitful lives within their communities.
Life-controlling issues impact all kinds of people, from all different backgrounds. Often families simply do not know where to turn for help and support. Hope Centre offers a lifeline to families as their loved ones are given an opportunity to find a new way of living, free of previous hang-ups.
Giving to this wonderful cause means so much to me and my family, and that is why we have decided to raise funds to support this charity. Any funds raised will be used to support the resident living, the purchase of the essential resources that is required for their recovery needs.
Please give as you feel led to do so. God Bless.
