Hi, I am Patty Leonard, Vice President of CWA Local 2385. My good friend and fellow co-worker, Rosselynn Pena was unjustly fired by our employer, the American Federation of Government Employees, a union, in December 2023. Rosselyn is a long time employee of this union and has been an outstanding employee her entire career.

Our union is challenging this action. It has taken us a few months to get arbitration dates so she can have a hearing in front of a neutral party.

This unjust action has taken quite a toll on Rosselyn and her family. They are struggling to pay bills as they await the hearing scheduled for May 22-23.
