Roses for Veterans was founded in 2020 during the pandemic and has blossomed into an annual event with over 100 volunteers. We are raising money to place roses on Memorial Day at Rosecrans & Miramar National Cemeteries. We also take nominees to receive a bouquet & a photo to be sent to the family. Last year, we had almost 100 nominations. Our goal is to cover both cemeteries in roses. It is the most beautiful thing to see and experience. We’ve made friends all over the country and will expand into a nonprofit this year.
