We’re raising funds to purchase and renovate a 32-room estate and event venue in Virginia. But this isn’t just about creating a luxury space for weddings, retreats, and celebrations.

It’s about creating a launchpad for aged-out foster care youth—who will live, train, and work on-site through our 3 year Work & Life Program - BE JOLLEY

A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER, LOIS JOLLEY

As a former foster parent and adoptive mother of four incredible teenage daughters from the foster care system, this mission is deeply personal for me.

I’ve seen firsthand how the system quietly lets go of these young adults the moment they turn 18—often with no guidance, no housing, and no support to navigate the real world.

Too many are left to figure out adulthood alone, without the nurturing, structure, or life skills they were never properly given during childhood. The programs that do exist are few, limited, and often lack the warmth, dignity, and mentorship these youth truly need to thrive.

That’s why I’m building something different.

With over 20 years of experience in the event and hospitality industry—and a heart forever tied to the foster care community—this isn’t just a business plan. This is my calling. My purpose. My legacy.

And now that I’ve found the perfect location—a 32-room estate that will house events and healing under one roof—I’m asking for your help to make it a reality.

This project is a marriage between hospitality and healing—where every event helps fund transformation, and every guest experience contributes to a greater purpose and experience.

• 26 Guest Rooms for short-term stays and event guests

• 1 Grand Event Hall for weddings, retreats, and corporate events

• 6 Dedicated Housing Rooms for youth aged 18–21

• Hands-on Hospitality Work Program

• On-site Mentors, Coaches & Community Support

• Financial Literacy & Career Readiness Curriculum for the Youth

WHO THIS HELPS (WHY THIS MATTERS)

Each year, over 20,000 youth age out of foster care in the U.S.

• Nearly half experience homelessness within 18 months.

• Many lack job history, mentorship, or basic life skills.

• Most have no permanent housing or support system.

This program is designed to break that cycle—using hospitality as a tool for dignity, skill-building, and self-worth.
