Many of you know Dr. Steven Bird DC—whether he was your peer, friend, intern, TA, or your MPI rep, he was always around to offer help to anyone who needed it, friend or stranger. He always was there, never asking for anything in return.

-But Bird needs our help now. 

Dr. Bird recently graduated in April 2018, and is currently in the process of opening a new practice. Father of 4, it is with a heavy heart that I inform you all that his youngest, Roman, was in a terrible accident. 

Roman is currently in the ICU at Primary Children’s in Salt Lake City with brain swelling, seizures, and brain damage. With a new practice in the works, a big family to take care of, and a large student debt, I’m urging us all to open our hearts to send not only prayers and thoughts, but to do what we can and donate.

We are well aware how incredibly ridiculous medical bills can be, and for those that know Dr. Bird, you know he was always the one to pay it forward any way he could.
