My names Trinity McGuiness I am 19 years old & my 8 month old daughter needs a surgery in Toronto for her birth injury called ERBS PALSY. 
We live in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Victorias regular surgeon works out of the children's hospital in Manitoba. She can't do the surgery as her second hand for the surgery is on maternity leave;
and the time frame is crucial for Victorias develepoment and motor skills. She has made some progress with physiotherapy but she needs the surgery to have any real impact on her quality of life.
 Victoria recently had an MRI  done and we discovered the extent of damage. There is 5 nerves that run from your spine to your hand & she has three nerves that are pulled out of her spinal cord.  
The surgery is 8-12 hours long and invasive.

We have been referred to a different surgeon in Toronto &  Manitoba Health Care covers my airfare for myself there and back, but thats it. Victoria will need to be monitored in Toronto hospital for 2-3 days. 
we are told to expect her surgery to be booked as early as the end of October or early November!

Being a young first time mother Im petrified to have to face this trip on my own, I will need my fiancés support, we've done our research and Ronald Mcdonald house is all booked up, we are running out of resources and we just simply can't afford to pay for the hotel, taxis, food and plane ticket all on our own.
