Rocket’s Fight 4 Family PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN

Hello, my name is Angela

I am a close family friend of Serena Johnson, (we have been best friends for 37 years) and Anthony Garay (Rocket).  If you know these two, you know what a great couple they are and what a loving family they are.  If you are lucky enough to call them friends, you also know that they are the kind of friend who goes out of their way to help in way they can.   Today they really need the help of their family and friends and their softball families.  Anthony (Rocket) is going through a very difficult custody battle for his son and daughter. Most are probably aware that they have two sons with Autism,and they are advocates for the cause. One of the main issues of the custody battle is their younger son Branden and his wellbeing through all of this as well as being able to see his daughter.  He and Serena have been trying to do this on their own and it has come time that they realize they need to get an attorney and they need help to have a fair chance and they deserve fair representation.  They are on a strict budget and need the help of family and friends to make this happen.  Retainer fees are anywhere from $3500.00 to $5,000.00 and the judge has already requested an  Parental Evaluation on both parties which will be an additional $500.00.   The custody is being held in California, so Anthony (Rocket) is having to take time off from work with no pay and the travel back and forth.  The money collected will go towards  all legal fees, travel fees as well as pay for the lawyer’s retainer.  They need to get this done quickly as their trial date is set for April 7th, 2020 so they need to hire an attorney right away in order to have a fair chance.  I thank you from the bottom of my heart  and I know the two of them will be so grateful and humbled for any help given to them.  These two are great parents and love their children very much and need our help right now to advocate and stand up for them as a family.  Thank you so much for your support.
