My Name is Chris Rocillo, I am the father to an amazing little boy who is special needs & now 10 Years old. My Ex-wife and I adopted him from Kazakhstan when he was 6 months old. My Ex-wife and I separated and divorced a few years ago and it had its nasty points but we remained civil, for our sons sake.
On August 9th 2015, I dropped him off back at his mothers house and from that point on my Nightmare began. My ex-wife accused me of showing my son an "adult private video". I don't even let my son watch Sponge Bob let alone any type of Adult video. I am a U.S. Army Veteran and a NYS Paramedic and have spent my life protecting and helping people. I am devastated from this accusation. Child Protective Services were welcomed in and fully cleared me but my ex continued to push the case and kept my son from me. I went from seeing my son once a week, every other weekend and speaking to him every day to being fully cut off from him.
My Problem is that I am out of work due to a Line of Duty injury I sustained carrying a patient. I am only receiving workers comp, fully paying my child support & fully up to date with that, but I am barely able to afford to keep the lights on and food on the table, let alone pay the mounting legal fees.
I am trying to raise funds to pay my legal fees to fight for my son. I have been kept from him, only getting supervised visits once a week if she complies with the visits and he has been kept from my entire family since August 9th, 2015.
I can not express how grateful I will be for any help I receive to support this fight for my son, Christopher.
