My name is Sam and I am swallowing my pride and am once again asking for help to help me pay Rocco’s insurance renewal, that is payable in April. Last year was £1700+ and I know this year will be at least that - I have shopped around but am getting quotes no less than £1200 due to his 5 significant pre-existing conditions (IBD, Thyroid, Drye Eye, Slipped Disc and Ears). But given, in his short 7 years, he’s incurred more than £14,000 I can’t risk being without insurance as I do not have adequate savings to cover anything. I have £0 savings.

I have considered rehoming but he is the core of my family. The twins adore him and he’s my little therapy dog. I don’t know what I’d do without him.

I know it’s a big ask but I won’t know if I don’t try. I’ll post all receipts etc like I did last year. I can but try! Hopefully soon I’ll be in a better financial position. I know owning a dog is a privilege and am grateful for every little bit of help to keep him as the head of my family ❤️
