On Thursday, September 29th, 2022, Roberto and his brother Elvin were struck by a pickup truck while working on a job site in Memphis, TN. Elvin, sadly, did not survive. Roberto was rushed to the Trauma Center at Regional One Health. Roberto was hospitalized for 41 days fighting for his life. unfortortanely he passed away on November 6, 2022. Our family has banded together to help one another through these tough times, and the outpouring of support has been uplifting and appreciated. As you might imagine, the family has been on a roller coaster ride of emotions to make sense of this horrific and tragic loss. Roberto's passing has left a significant hole in so many of us that words cannot explain, but he left us with many memories. He was an exemplary son, brother, friend and father, first and foremost raising his two beautiful children; He lived his life in a way that made his parents and family proud. He was the kind of person that was infectious with his smile, attitude and charm, only to be outdone by his kindness.
