My name is Robby Werner, and I am currently a Life Scout from Troop 32 Acton. For my Eagle project, I am replacing 30 flag poles and flags. These 12-foot flag poles are used on the Acton common for special ceremonies like Veterans Day and Memorial Day.

I chose this project because I want to give back to the veterans community in Acton. My dad was in the US Army, and my cousin is currently in the Marine Corps. I am working with the Acton Veteran’s Service Officer, Mr. MacRae. I am fundraising for the supplies to make the flag poles and attach the flags.
