“Rob has been consistently present for city business for years, actively calling for transparency and action regarding safety and financial issues as well as attempting to remind council members of their sworn duties and responsibilities to the city of Shawnee.

These regular attempts have now been met with legal action in the form of banning from all city business meetings and access to his representatives. This is unlawful in many ways and Rob has obtained legal counsel to go to bat for his right to speak publicly and voice concerns without fear of reprisals or censorship. This is more than just Rob’s battle, it’s our battle as citizens to push back against tyranny and intimidation tactics.
