Rob and Bernadette with Hurricane Recovery

Donation protected
We are raising money to assist our parents, Rob and Bernadette, as their home received significant damage during Hurricane Ian. At this time they are unsure of their next steps as they determine if anything can be salvaged and where they will live. As many of you know, Rob was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 3 years ago. At that time their plans in life took a sudden change and Rob decided to retire several years earlier than expected. They sold their home in Knoxville to move to Florida to allow Rob to spend as much time as possible outside in the sun and fishing. They found a place in Venice, FL in the community of Bay Indies. They are once again facing a sudden life changing event and will be having to make another round of difficult decisions with significant financial impacts.

All money raised will be used to assist in their living expenses as they navigate the next steps either towards repair or removal of the home.
