Hi my names jason and I’ve struggled with my mental health for most of my life along with around 1 in 8 men in the uk often battling challenges silently while trying to keep moving forward. Through difficult times, organisations like ANDYSMANCLUB have shown how important it is for men to have a safe place to talk, feel supported, and know they are not alone, on September the 5th 2026 I will be running my first 50k ultra to raise money for this incredible
