Road is Life
Donation protected
Hello friends, coworkers and compassionate supporters:
My name is Getachew Zeberga Nida, and I'm reaching out to you on behalf of the people who live in a small town(village) in the southern part of Ethiopia where I born and grew up.
I made a recent visit to the village, and it has come to my attention that the community is facing a significant challenge, the lack of road access to essential services. The absence of road is especially burdensome to the elderly who need medical attention and the women and children who strive to access schools and other vital services.
In response to this the community has rallied together with a shared goal to build a 15-miles local road (pave & gravel) that connects them to the main road. However, they cannot achieve this without your help.
Therefore, I organized a GoFundMe campaign by setting a modest yet crucial goal to raise $40,000 to fund the contribution to build the road. The funds raised will be directly handed over to the road construction committee a dedicated group established for this purpose.
Your generosity can make a significant impact. By contributing to this campaign, you are helping create a pathway to a better future for the community. Whether it is $5 or $500, every donation brings one step closer to achieve this goal.
Moreover, your support doesn't end with a donation. Please share this with your network, spread the word and let others know about this good cause.
Together we can make a lasting difference in the lives of the people in that small village.
Thank You for your generosity.
