Hi, my name is Brittany, and I am a domestic violence survivor currently living in my car in Florida. A year ago, I moved here for a fresh start, hoping to rebuild my life, but I’ve faced overwhelming obstacles—especially in finding safe and affordable housing.

I have endured a lifetime of abuse, which has deeply affected my mental health. Despite my struggles, I am determined to get back on my feet and create a stable, fulfilling life. I want to work, heal, and regain my independence, but without stable housing, it’s an uphill battle.
