senior service project

Hi my name is Ellie and i'm doing a senior service project for my high school. What a better organization to fundraise for than The Special Olympics of Michigan!  I've been a part of Unified Special Olympics since 6th grade. I participated in our Unified Bocce Ball team at my middle school. I loved doing this so much that when I got to my high school and realized that we didn't have a team I was soon on it. I started Unified Bocce Ball at the high school my freshman year. I then as a junior helped expand our school to now have an Unified Basketball team as well.  The Special Olympics hold a very special place in my heart. I've had nothing but GREAT experiences working through them. I cant express how excited I am to give back to them! Thank you so much for helping me in this journey of giving back to a group that is showing nothing but positivity and most importantly inclusion!!
