Hi everyone, the Villa FC 11A squad is travelling to Blackpool to participate in the Blackpool Cup from Fri 3rd to Mon 6th April 2026.
The Blackpool Cup is one of England’s best‑known international youth football tournaments. Participating in it will be an unforgettable experience for the squad where they will make memories that will last a lifetime. We have a number of fundraisers planned over the coming months to help us cover the costs of the flights, accommodation, entry into the tournament itself, insurance and other costs.
Fundraisers planned to date:
- Soccerthon - on Sunday 28th Dec 2025 at Villa FC Astro, the squad will dribble a ball the equivalent of the distance covered in a marathon. We are very excited about this fundraiser and will post more details closer to the date.
- Bag packing - the squad will all be on hand to help shoppers pack their shopping in Super Valu. Date TBC
- Car wash - is your car in need of a wash? We will be organising a car wash fundraiser in Villa FC so stay tuned for more. Date TBC
