David Mast is checking in: “As part of PukaUp’s Cycle for Change 2022 event, I’m pledging to ride heaps across four days. PukaUp is a cause-driven organisation that exists to end suicide. The recent launch of their online course, Foundations of Wellbeing, means that every Australian can learn the knowledge and tools needed to proactively manage their mental health before reaching a crisis point. For every $250 I raise, I unlock one spot in the course, which I can then gift to anyone in my community. The more we raise together, the more people’s lives we can positively impact.
