Help with final expenses for Roman

My best friend in the picture passed away yesterday and I need to raise money for his cremation and final expenses.  He didn't have insurance , other family or any benefits/life insurance.    I've exhausted all the resources in my state as well.
His name is Roman.  Please help if you can and it would be so appreciated.
