Friends of Frank!

We are the friends of Frank O'Laughlin!! And as his friends, we are supporting him in his efforts to pay his rising medical costs for continued treatment.  For over 20 years, Frank has been involved locally with non-profits and emergency management by sharing his expertise in communication and meteorology.  He has volunteered  countless hours in preparing Barnstable County to withstand disasters by enabling seamless communication and providing in-depth weather reports.  Help us show our appreciation by donating to his medical fund.
