We are sharing this on behalf of a young mother and her two daughters who are walking through an incredibly difficult and sensitive season.

For their safety and due to ongoing legal matters, identifying details are being kept private. What we can share is this:

This mother has been doing everything in her power to protect, provide for, and create stability for her girls while navigating a high-conflict co-parenting situation involving a documented history of family violence and ongoing legal proceedings. She is actively working within the legal system, pursuing the appropriate protection for her children.

In the face of fear, uncertainty, and opposition, she continues to rise daily — choosing faith over fear. She is leading her daughters to the cross, teaching them that Jesus is their protector, healer, and safe place. She holds firmly to the belief that what was meant for harm will be turned for good, and that God is restoring what has been broken.

This is what courage looks like.

But even in faith, there are real and pressing needs.

The cost of legal protection, stable housing, transportation, childcare, and daily living expenses has become overwhelming during this season. She carries this responsibility while continuing to show up as a present, loving, and grounded mother.

Faith does not remove the practical realities — and this is where community becomes the hands and feet of Jesus.
