Every year, unsuspecting swimmers are caught in dangerous rip currents – often with tragic results. The Rip Current Information Project is a grassroots initiative dedicated to changing that. Our mission is simple but powerful: educate, inform, and protect.

We're raising funds to bring life-saving information to beaches, schools, community centers, and digital platforms. Through posters, workshops, videos, and partnerships with local governments and organizations, we’re spreading crucial knowledge about how to identify, avoid, and survive rip currents.
