We are a family of 8: a father, a mother, and six children aged 5 to 17. Our lives were completely shattered by the recent war. Our home was entirely destroyed, leaving everything under rubble—our memories, furniture, clothes, and even our sense of safety."
We left our home with nothing. No shelter, no beds to sleep on, no food to feed our children, no clothes to keep them warm, and no income to survive. Every day has become a real nightmare. Our children cry from cold, hunger, and fear, and we have nothing to ease their suffering.
Two months ago, we tragically lost our children’s grandmother, their mother’s mother, who lived with us and raised our children since they were little. She suffered from chronic illnesses and heart problems, and with the lack of medical care and proper nutrition, we spent endless nights in the hospital trying to save her—but we couldn’t. Her loss has left our children devastated and heartbroken, as she was their greatest support and love since childhood.
During our displacement, our children experienced moments of unimaginable terror. One night, tanks suddenly entered our area, gunfire, shells, smoke, and drones firing randomly filled the streets. We ran through the streets amid the screams and chaos, with no clear direction, fleeing from death. These were the hardest hours we have ever endured, and we faced a similar life-threatening situation twice during our displacement. This left deep psychological scars on our children, causing nightmares and lasting trauma from what they witnessed.
We sleep on cold floors with no protection, and every sound around us reminds us of what we have lost. The children ask about their home, their toys, and the normal life they no longer know, and our hearts ache because we are powerless to give them what they need.
Every moment without shelter or food breaks our hearts even more. We desperately need any help—no matter how small—to provide food, clothing, temporary shelter, and a chance for our children to live with dignity again.

نحن عائلة مكونة من ٨ أفراد: أب وأم وستة أطفال تتراوح أعمارهم بين ٥ و١٧ سنة. حياتنا تحطمت بالكامل بعد الحرب الأخيرة. بيتنا دُمّر بالكامل، وكل شيء فيه صار تحت الركام—ذكرياتنا، أثاثنا، ملابسنا، وحتى شعورنا بالأمان.
خرجنا من بيتنا بلا أي شيء نملكه. لا مأوى، لا سرير لننام عليه، لا طعام يكفي أطفالنا، لا ملابس تكفي دفئهم، ولا أي دخل لنعيش. كل يوم أصبح كابوسًا حقيقيًا. الأطفال يبكون من البرد والجوع والخوف، ولا نملك شيئًا لنخفف عنهم معاناتهم.
قبل شهرين، فقدنا جدة أطفالنا، والدة أمهم، التي كانت تعيش معنا وتربي أطفالنا منذ صغرهم. كانت تعاني من أمراض مزمنة ومشاكل في القلب، ومع نقص الرعاية الطبية وسوء التغذية قضينا الليالي في المستشفى نحاول إنقاذها—لكن للأسف لم نتمكن. ترك رحيلها أطفالنا محطمين ومصدومين، لأنها كانت سندهم وحبهم الكبير منذ الطفولة.
خلال نزوحنا، عاش أطفالنا موقفًا مرعبًا لا يمكن نسيانه. في إحدى الليالي، فجأة دخلت الدبابات إلى منطقتنا، وأصوات الطلقات والقذائف والدخان كانت في كل مكان، وطائرات كواد كابتر تطلق النار بشكل عشوائي. خرجنا نجري في الشوارع بين آلاف الأصوات من الصراخ والرعب، ونتحرك بلا وجهة واضحة هربًا من الموت. هذه كانت أصعب ساعات مرت علينا، وقد تعرضنا لموقف مشابه مرتين خلال نزوحنا. هذه التجربة تركت أثرًا نفسيًا عميقًا على أطفالنا، تسبب لهم كوابيس ليلية ورعب دائم بسبب الصدمة التي عاشوها.
ننام على أرض باردة، بلا أي حماية، وكل صوت من حولنا يذكرنا بما فقدناه. الأطفال يسألون عن بيتهم وعن ألعابهم، وعن حياتهم الطبيعية التي لم يعودوا يعرفونها، وقلوبنا تتألم لأننا عاجزون عن إعطائهم ما يحتاجون إليه.
كل لحظة تمر بدون مأوى أو طعام تجعل قلوبنا تنكسر أكثر. نحن بحاجة إلى أي مساعدة، مهما كانت صغيرة، لتأمين الطعام، الملابس، مأوى مؤقت، وربما فرصة لأطفالنا ليعيشوا بكرامة مرة أخرى.
نناشد قلوبكم الرحيمة: لطفًا لا تتركوا عائلتنا الصغيرة وحيدة في هذه المحنة. كل تبرع منكم يمنحنا الأمل، ويعيد لنا شعورنا بالإنسانية والحياة.
