Baby torn from mothers breast only 2 hours after birth!
This Mumma needs our help! Urgently!
How would you feel if you only two hours after giving birth to your gorgeous baby you were separated from baby?
This Mumma who had her baby stolen did not deserve this to happen. She is a loving and caring mother who has been grieving for her baby every day since. Despite the grief of being unable to hold or care for or breastfeed her baby, this strong Mumma has still expressed breast milk for her baby every day. She has delivered the breastmilk and advocated for her baby to be fed the breast milk. Mumma has had to travel long distances from her home to the hospital every day to bring the breastmilk for her baby. Sometimes the hospital is not giving the baby her breastmilk! Mumma only wants to be able to love and care for her baby, to hold her and settle her, to breastfeed her and give her the best start to life. Mumma wants to be able to give her baby love every single moment. Instead this baby is being left in a ward where the baby can’t get the love and attention it needs. And where mum is not allowed to see the baby.
Mum needs financial help to assist with her legal battle to try to restore baby back to her care. Mum is on Priority One for government housing and will need assistance to set up house once an offer of a home comes through. Mum is also trying to get a rental in Adelaide sooner so she can get baby restored to her. Homelessness should not be an excuse to take babies!!!! There should be no homelessness in a country as rich as ours!
Mum urgently needs to purchase a car to get back and forward to the hospital in order to get breast milk there for baby (mum is currently using Uber). Through this crisis mum will have other expenses and needs our support.
This is the most tragic thing that could happen to a mother & a baby, for them to be forcibly separated at birth. Note: I know the mother personally and can vouch for the accuracy of this story. Due to pending court proceedings the identity of mother and baby must remain anonymous. Please give generously if you can. Thank you.
