Riding the Rockies for Children’s Mental Health

September 22-25!

As a family, we are planning to bike from Jasper to Lake Louise, two of Canada’s iconic locations.

Sadly, Canada, like much of the world is facing an increasing mental health crisis, and youth are particularly affected and particularly underserved.

Thats why we’re using this ride to raise awareness and raising money in aid of CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH ONTARIO/SANTE MENTALE POUR ENFANTS ONTARIO. This organization provides sorely needed advocacy and youth engagement work in support of our under-resourced public health and public education programs. Every dollar counts, so thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.

Here’s our route, close to 250km. Like addressing the mental health crisis, there are some steep hills to climb. This will not be easy, but doing it for the kids will be a great motivation!
