Hi, my name is Joe Taylor.

For most of my life, I’ve never truly felt fulfilled. Deep down, I always knew I was destined for a challenge — something bigger than myself, a journey that would test me physically, mentally, and emotionally. That’s why my best mate Isaac and I have decided to take on one of the toughest adventures we could imagine: cycling a full lap around Australia.

We’re not just doing this for the ride. We’re doing it with purpose — to raise money for two charities that mean the world to us. My part of the journey will focus on raising awareness and support for men’s mental health.

This cause is close to my heart because I’ve seen, firsthand, how many men — myself included — struggle in silence. Too often, we’re taught to “tough it out” instead of opening up. Friends, family members, even people I’ve admired have carried heavy burdens behind closed doors, and some have been lost too soon because of it.

I don’t want men to feel they have to fight those battles alone anymore. This ride is my way of showing that vulnerability is strength, and that together, we can break the stigma around men’s mental health.

By supporting our journey, you’re not just helping us pedal thousands of kilometers — you’re helping to create a world where every man feels safe to speak up, seek help, and know he’s not alone.

My journey will begin in March 2026 going anti-clockwise 17,000km around the coastline of Australia! We will start and finish in Newcastle NSW (2 hours north of Sydney). As we both know this will not be easy, so any sponsors, advice and support would be greatly appreciated. Isaac also has a funding page as his chosen charity is breast cancer research, any donations would be appreciated also!

Further details will be explained on our social media pages as we will post our entire journey so you don’t miss any of the good, bad or ugly stories.
