Bringing the mountain/cycling community together to support one of our own.

Join friends and family to raise support and funds for the Rysavy Family as Rod faces the fight against cancer. All help, both in spirit and financial, is greatly appreciated!

Many know Rod as an integral member of the mountain bike and cycling  community in Red Deer and beyond. He’s been an active member of the community through building and maintaining trails in the mountain bike park and The Pines as well as an advocate for introducing kids to the sport with his Savy Mountain Riders Club.

The goal is to collect funds from “Ride for Rod" event on May 28 (See Facebook Event hosted by Central Alberta Bicycle Club) and any other offers of donations that may come from friends and family. All funds will be dispursed to the family as a gesture of support from this community while they continue to focus on the treatments ahead.
