For 55 years, the Richmond Hill Squash Club has been more than just a place to play squash — it has been a second home.
As a proud not-for-profit organization, our club has served generations of families in the Richmond Hill community. From the first time a junior player picks up a racquet, to competitive athletes refining their game, our doors have always been open. We believe squash should be accessible to everyone — regardless of background, experience, or financial circumstance.
A Home for Junior Players
For decades, we have provided young athletes with:
* A safe and supportive place to train
* Access to top coaches and mentorship
* Opportunities to compete and grow
* A positive community that builds confidence, discipline, and lifelong friendships
Many of our juniors have gone on to compete at high levels — but more importantly, they have grown into strong, resilient individuals.
Serving the Broader Community
Our courts are shared with local schools, giving students access to a sport they might not otherwise experience. We welcome players of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Inclusivity isn’t just something we say — it’s who we are.
But after 55 years of continuous use, our facility is showing its age.
Why We Need Your Help
To continue serving the community for the next 55 years, we must invest in essential upgrades:
Court renovations – Resurface court floors, repainting, and repairing walls to maintain safe, high-quality playing conditions
New gym equipment – Supporting strength and conditioning for juniors and members
Washer and dryer upgrades** – Ensuring teams and programs run smoothly
Kitchen appliance updates** – Maintaining a functional and welcoming gathering space
Main area renovations – Creating a brighter, more inviting space for new members and families
These improvements are not luxuries — they are necessary to preserve a community institution that has shaped countless lives.
