Hello!

This September I'll be running the Richmond 10K, from Kew Gardens to Richmond Park, in aid of Liver Ireland Support Network (LISN).

I'll be running in memory of my uncle, Brendan, a founding member and passionate advocate for LISN. LISN is a non profit voluntary organisation providing resources and support for liver transplant patients and their families. Run by inspiring individuals who were once in need of a transplant themselves, they now help others navigate this journey. From advocating for those with liver conditions to providing much needed funding research and emotional support, LISN focuses on community as a source of hope and resilience in difficult times.
