What We’re Building

My name is Sergio Pièche and I am launching this fundraiser on behalf of the B1 Parkinson’s Association, a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of people with Parkinson’s.

We are working on a groundbreaking project: an Artificial Intelligence-powered Question and Answer platform focused on the B1 protocol—a promising therapeutic approach using high-dose thiamine.

The B1 protocol was first developed in 2013 by Italian neurologist Dr. Antonio Costantini and his team. Since then, it has been used by thousands of patients with Parkinson’s disease.

In an open-label pilot study, patients experienced:

• 52.9% improvement in overall symptoms (UPDRS I-V)

• 54.9% improvement in motor symptoms alone (UPDRS III)

Thousands of case reports and anecdotal experiences echo these encouraging results.

Interest in the protocol is growing rapidly, with more than 14,000 patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers worldwide seeking guidance to date.

That’s why we are building an AI-powered Q&A platform that will:

• Provide instant, reliable answers to common questions

• Free up experts to focus on complex, personalized support

• Expand access to trusted information for patients and professionals

• Ensure 24/7 availability across languages and regions

This tool will empower thousands of families and healthcare providers worldwide, giving them confidence and clarity in navigating the B1 therapy.
