Not All Heroes Wear Capes

I’m running the 126th Boston Marathon as part of Team Suffolk CAC, a group of dedicated runners supporting the Children's Advocacy Center of Suffolk County. The money raised through the team's efforts will help sustain the CAC's critical services for children under 18 who have experienced sexual abuse, physical abuse, or commercial sexual exploitation.

With your help, the CAC can provide comprehensive assessment, support, advocacy and evidence-based interventions to promote healing, justice and wellbeing for children exposed to violence and their families. This is a charity that is near and dear to my heart and has helped young heroes close to me who were brave enough to come forward, put an end to the abuse and prevent the abuse of other children.
