Bring Freya Home!

Freya is three years old. Her dad, Justin, is suffering from a severe mental health disorder. Due to his illness, his actions have become concerning. He is currently isolating poor Freya from her Mother and Freya’s entire family.
Freya hasn’t seen her Mother since October. Justin has made it clear he has no intent on ever returning Freya to her Mother, Grandmother, uncles, aunts, cousins, or anyone! Justin even tried to have her UNENROLLED from her school recently. He succeeded. He intentionally took away every person Freya has ever had a relationship with, except himself.
I am Freya’s Mother, Kelsey. Freya's entire family is working with me to try and bring Freya back home to me, to us. I have asked for assistance from the police, child protective services and civil court. I have been turned away multiple times by multiple governing authorities that are supposed to be there to help keep Freya safe.
Freya is not currently safe. I am incredibly concerned for Freya’s mental and emotional well-being. Every person she has ever loved has been taken away from her, except her father. Her father is mentally unstable and isolated. Now she is isolated too.
In September, Justin began keeping Freya from her 'Gramma' - Justin’s mom. He moved out of his uncle’s house into an apartment, possibly with an older man with several felony convictions. During his move, Justin disconnected his phone number and didn’t tell anyone his new address. He stopped showing up to our ‘child exchanges’ in October.
I am terrified of the lies and misinformation he is telling Freya. Her little mind is a sponge at three years old. I am terrified to think about how he or his roommate may be mistreating her. I was married to him. I know how emotionally abusive he can be. I also know how terrified my daughter was the last time I handed her off to him.
Law enforcement tells me, "it's a matter for civil court," and there's nothing they can do.
Department of Human Services (CPS) doesn't seem to think they can help either. They didn't investigate our case at all.
My only option is to pay a fortune to hire an attorney to fight for Freya in court. I tried filing court motions independently, but the judge won’t hear my voice without good legal representation.
I have taken on extra work. It isn't enough to pay the legal fees. We need financial help to fight for my daughter.
Please help us return Freya to safety and stability with her whole family.. <3
